Position Summary:
Strategically build value through licensing relationships that generate Tervis brand awareness and create consumer connections. Also responsible for the licensing approval process and oversees the day-to-day operations of the licensing coordinator. Support the compliance, marketing and product development teams through management and coordination of the licensing approval process, working directly with Tervis' extensive group of licensors.
Essential Functions:
- Manage day to day communication with a portfolio of Licensors to stay current on the business including design development and trends, promotional and retail initiatives, opportunities for growth ensuring that each brand is maximized. Act as liaison between Licensor and internal teams.
- Arrange quarterly business reviews with Licensors.
- Work with the Creative Director and team to analyze and manage the development and life cycle of licensed designs, with an eye towards both sales and profitability.
- Accommodate Licensor requests for information and sales projections.
- Support Licensing Compliance team in efforts to enforce compliance with licensing agreements.
- Work in close conjunction with internal teams to assist with smooth product/design approval process.
- Manages the color approval process for ALL licensed products. Working closely with Art Production Manager to establish standards.
- Marketing point of contact regarding all licensed assets created by Tervis internal teams.
- Manages approvals on product from various licensors by tracking approvals/conduct follow-ups.

- Travel required to annual licensor show(s)
