Overview
Tervis is seeking experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead the company’s brand, licensing, innovation, and digital growth agenda. This executive will play a critical role in accelerating Tervis’ next phase of growth by strengthening brand relevance, expanding distribution, and driving profitable revenue across channels. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role (Coach & Player), combining brand building, product innovation, and commercial growth execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead brand strategy and positioning across all channels
- Own licensing strategy and partnerships (sports, entertainment, IP)
- Drive digital, social, and eCommerce growth (DTC + Amazon)
- Lead innovation and category management, including SKU strategy and pricing architecture
- Partner with Sales to expand distribution and key accounts
- Align with Operations and Supply Chain on demand planning and S&OP discipline
