Position Summary:

The Associate Account Manager partners with the Sales and Broker teams while serving as a key point of contact for customers. This role supports sales operations through order management, system accuracy, and clear customer communication to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience.  This role will be focused on the Gift/Specialty Channel and Department Stores.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Support Sales and Broker teams by managing daily account and order activity
  • Manage custom programs, planograms, kits, and design refresh initiatives
  • Serve as a customer-facing contact for product information, customization options, pricing, and order status
  • Process and track sales and custom orders, including artwork review and customer guidance to ensure optimal finished products
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer, order, and account data in internal systems

 

Working Conditions:

  • Position is onsite five days a week at our headquarters at 4514 19th St Ct E, Bradenton, FL 34203.

Experience and Skills:

  • Customer service or sales support experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable managing deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
